Maybe it's the North Korean rocket, and it turns out it was a nuke? Cameron's constituency is Whitney, just outside Oxford.

Case closed.

Can't think of owt else you could hear in Cov from Oxford

Yep heard andwas on the phone to soembody who heard it a few seconds before. It's ok guys it appears the world will now end before the football season so we will not be relegated afterall?

Some expert on CWR saying it was a meteor entering the earth's atmosphere and the noise was it hitting an air pocket as it exploded.

Now pinpointing it aas Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire.

This could be good for us, if its a nuclear device, there will be fallout ,this might make parts of the midlands uninhabitable for 99 years half life..surely this will mean some fixtures will have to be called off? we might still avoid relegation beacause of it. lets hope so..

According to Ministry of Defence two Tornadoes were scrambled in error, something to do with a helicopter. Expert on radio says these aircraft would go very fast from the off because it's an emergency.

In other news two royal airforce typhoon jets shot down a passenger aircraft due to land a Coventry airport. It was thought the russian billianaire was about to purchased Coventry City and invest hundreds of millions of pounds.

disappointed, a nuclear attack would of been preferable, ok, millions of people would of died of radiation sickness, tragic yes, but they would of suspended the league season, we would of stopped up, a new season would of started after a lengthy time of mourning, we could of looked for funding, thats not to be sniffed at.

But how can a sonic boom be heard at the same volume in Coventry and Swindon at the same time? Makes no sense.
