Tell me if I'm talking bollocks, But why a joint press conference?

All this talk of Club shop and CCFC signage being plastered everywhere.

The 'best deal the clubs ever received at the Ricoh'

Could it be that we actually finally have a stake in the place?

Don't see why its not just a released statement as we've had the times before, could more be afoot?

Sisu moving the goal posts again, maybe.

EFL meeting was meant to be last night Surely if all was going to plan the statement is today ?

So so unhelpful. Don’t have angst at Sisu wasps and ccfc for secret squirrels and Simon letting the cat out of the bag. I don’t think Simon meant to get our hopes up he was telling a story given to him and backed up with strong sources. That it’s not happened in the timescale he and his sources have said isn’t down to wasps Sisu and ccfc. We need to all chill and wait for them all to say what’s been agreed or not

I’m pretty certain you could ask efl direct to confirm whether they are happy
Well We will see won’t we but I won’t be shocked if it doesn’t happen they were talking like it’s done and gonna be announced now it’s talks of next week...late changes from either side maybe ?

It’s all Jimmy Hills fault for removing the maximum wage.

Thought I’d fast forward this argument as I’ve seen it before.

Playing back in Coventry and maximising revenue in the medium term is essential. Ideally we’d have nothing to do with the franchise in the long-term.
If we have any serious PL ambitions we can’t be playing second fiddle and renting a stadium from a rugby club.

Nobody first hand from the club or Wasps has said anything so "they" was just a rumour

Something as ‘big’ as this was always going to be leaked both sides know that, and probably happy it has been.

some suggestion membership restricted to 8,000 next season as gates could be restricted in difficult months - may make pricing interesting if we stay up

I think it could be another twelve months before large crowds are allowed at theatres and sporting occasions I did hear on a late tv program a couple of days ago that 25% of capacity is likely to be the maximum which at the Ricoh is about the 8000 you mention

Imagine the scenes if you connected to ifollow tomorrow and it’s just St. Andrews pitch as normal then Clive says the team are about to come out and Boddy slams through what turns out to be a printed picture of St Andrews to show they’re coming out of the ricoh and at that very moment your doorbell goes and they’ve sent all subscribers a keg of booze delivered by a hooker with some blow. Then as it kicks off you realise Mo Konjic is playing for Derby and he’s intending to give a load of penalties away and it’s 2005 and you’re in the sun at Highfield road and it’s all been a dream.

Even though all legal restrictions end in June and the whole country will be vaccine? No legitimate reason not to have full crowds

Erm well we've found Dave Boddy's account...
