Commercial ones? Surely the commercial implications of buying/not buying Billy Sharp are almost non-existent.

I assumed you meant the commercial side being separate from the playing side.

Either way - it would seem very odd to me if King was vetoing affordable signings like this. He obviously has very little football knowledge compared to Robins. MR should be free to build the squad as he sees fit within the budget he’s been given - end of story.

When bob Latchford joined Cov in 1984 I was fairly excited as he had been an England player and a regular scorer earlier in his career although he scored against leicester he was just too old and slow he only lasted a few months. IMO Sharp has nothing to offer at his age.
