Agree 100% especially with surprises Dabo and Hamer fit.

The issue at RWB caused quite a few problems despite Sam making a good go of it. Particularly with a run of games against other bottom half teams it doesn't look like the right time to be going more defensive

Birmingham are hardly an average championship team struggling in bottom third for years and again this year. I'd say they are below average like us.

If we are hanging on at the end of the game, yes. I’m only suggesting we have the option of shoring up the defence with another body, should it be necessary. Tbf, we don’t actually know what they will line up like yet. We might be surprised.

Playing a right footed wing back at RWB would've been a change in itself. Changing tactics every few weeks just becomes counter productive

Why?

Well you don’t tend to make big changes to the starting line up and shape when things are going swimmingly. Especially when I’m doing so you’re making your side even more defensive, even against one of the most defensive sides in the league. You also don’t tend to rush back half fit players as we’re constantly doing with Dabo and potentially Hamer. Feels like a bit of a desperate roll of the dice in reaction to how poor we’ve been all season.
