I'm happy we got Walker in because now we have two good options to choose from. However, we probably need to explore bringing in a loanee in Jan - Baka looks to be bombed out and we cannot rely on Biamou taking his chances. Frankly, I don't think either are good enough at this moment. I had hope for Baka as he looked like he had that determination to kick on, but that doesn't seem to have happened.
He’s heading for a relegation as well
He has been reasonably backed tbf, enough to stay up, the fees the club paid in the summer are the most we’ve spent since 2008.
Isn’t that what’s been happening to us in the last few minutes of games?Have you heard about decimalisation?
do tell. Which 3 teams is our budget better than ?
Did Robins mention Godden in his interview after the game? I haven’t heard his cwr interview.Godden hopefully is back to partner walker against Cardiff Wednesday
Didn’t catch it mateDid Robins mention Godden in his interview after the game? I haven’t heard his cwr interview.
We will find out tomorrow lol
Rose injured in training thenMark Robins was pleased with Sky Blues keeping a clean sheet
The Sky Blues played out a scrappy goalless draw against Birmingham City at St Andrew'swww.coventrytelegraph.net
He mentions him towards the end here if that helps

Or start Dabo again as he just got 70 mins in himSounds like Dabo has been bought back to early. I’d go with McCallum and Giles against Cardiff

I'm praising coventryncittfootball club dominating possession and getting a point in the championship
The tyranny of low expectations.
How many chances did we create last night in comparison to the last 2 gamesI have to say I genuinely don't know what Biamou brings to the table in this division as he doesn't seem to offer anything.

How did you think Robins done last night with his set up ?Wed be similar to Barnsley Rotherham and better than Wycombe. I doubt Luton is huge. Barnsley and Luton certainly had lower budgets than teams that were relegated last season.
Sunderland Blackburn and wolves have all been relegated from this league
People can’t bather on robins is king if he can’t influence anything with what he has got

We are a quarter of the way through the season and Robins seems to have no idea what his best formation/team is? Does nobody find that concerning?

No because Robins knows what he is doing and he knows his best system and players he is exoerimenting as we have injuries and players returning who do not fit in the system as it is so he is looking for a way to fit them inWe are a quarter of the way through the season and Robins seems to have no idea what his best formation/team is? At least he tried to stem goals. The one thing I found very odd was an admission Dabo was not fit but he had no one else.
He obviously thinks Giles cannot compete as a full back and Pask is not capable
Robins has a pattern of freezing players out then having to include them
Re signing Bakayoko was a bad decision and we have other players like Pask Kastaneer Hillsner and Jobello who are never likely to play and we can’t get rid of them. That’s 5 first team players who are not good enough
I don't want to, but I'm starting to agree. One thing I know for sure, as much as I respect what he's done, staying in this league is way more important than loyalty to the manager. Football is cut throat and if the change needed to keep us up is the one at the top, I'm all for it.Some will passively accept relegation - to me he’s utter incapable at this level and always has been
It’s hard to disagree that Robins has had a poor season so far. Tactically we’ve looked a level below the majority of teams we’ve faced.I don't want to, but I'm starting to agree. I find it hard to accept that people would be ok with relegation. We came up as champions. Failing to finish above the other 2 promoted teams plus 1 other would be a failure.Think you will be in the minority there mate! There shouldn’t even be a mention of Robins being replaced this early and I’d say even if we went down aswell.
If we did go down and are not making an impact at the top end by next Christmas then fair enough.
Bit sure there is or will be a better fit for this basket case of a club at the minute.
After sleeping on that result I am happy with it as we have kept a clean sheet against a really good team (based on players they have) like they had a flippin Spanish international in midfield.
I think we played really well but not good enough for the win though
