You like GoddenYou can’t answer as you know hes been average at best past weeks I like Godden but he doesn’t seem sharp or fit enough and had struggled in that lone striker role in recent weeks if this was Baka or Biamou we would be in meltdown
Dabo is absolute classPs - have to say I thought Dabo looked totally out of his depth & a liability start if the season... and is now player of the season for me! Quality player
We need more from him he’s got to work the defenders better last couple games he’s not been at the races I don’t see many pulling me up on this but you ? Fleetwood Bristol & tonight non existent mate like I’ve said he may need a rest can’t argue with his scoring record at this level either I’ll addYou like Godden
Fair enough, we’re gonna need a few ready to come in- although I’m not calling for wholesale changes either. We need more from him he’s got to work the defenders better last couple games he’s not been at the races I don’t see many pulling me up on this but you ? Baka looked motivated tonight for sure glad he got his goalFair enough, I know what you mean. I would like to see Baka a bit, we’re gonna need a few ready to come in- although I’m not calling for wholesale changes either.
We played so well in both of the games against Birmingham, two games away from home against a team from a higher league. The players both played and worked their socks off. There was nothing embarrassing in that performance. We were the better team over both games and only just fell short. I think most City fans will only feel pride in their team tonight. A super effort from a super team. Well done City!I don't care who we played.
That is an embarrassment.
So you’re saying Godden doesn’t want to play now?Not got time to piss around with godden. Play the strikers that want it Baka and Biamou
Did you see his performance tonight? If you did then you will know how well he played. We are desperate for a quality striker who will put chances away for us. It'll be the end of our season as we can't afford to miss so many.
Going out tonight might be a blessing in disguise but disappointing.
I stand by my comments on Biamou, he's not really good enough yet none of his fellow strikers are either
Bolton sat home so could be worse,Pompey Tuesday is my worryMy worry is how it will impact the league after such a long game that was mentally draining.
I wonder what the statistics for that would be? I would say that the win ratio would be overwhelmingly in favour of the higher placed team. We played two games away from home against a team from a higher division, matched them goals wise over 120 minutes, but anyone at those games knows that we were the better team. Give credit where it is due.A lot of teams beat teams in the division above - if we don’t get promoted we’ve come nowhere
Does meHopefully a day off training tomorrow then crack on with promotion!
I enjoyed it. I enjoyed seeing us more than match, at times out play a team from a higher division. It shows what a good team we are for the level that we play at and it also shows that, even at this stage, we might be able to compete at the level above. A performance to be proud of.Tonight isn't enjoyable
You have spent the entire season complaining about Bakayoko and how he needs to be shipped out. Now you’ve started on Godden. It’s a good job that we have a manager who is far more consistent than some of the fans.Godden should be dropped for sure Baka & Biamou put themselves ahead tonight both brilliant
First 5 or 10 min. Took it too the side of the keeper then a very tame shot the defender cleared just in front of the goal. Any decent attempt not at the only player back there would of had us 1 nil up. Thought he had a good game other than that glaring miss. What did Baka miss?
We scored the equaliser against Doncaster in injury time. They scored earlier in the second half.Fuck off you arrogant prick. I'm allowed an opinion even if you dont agree.
Tonight twice 92nd and 120 minute
Oxford away 94th minute
Doncaster 93rd minute
Peterborough 95th minute
Sunderland 90th minute
(And also Milton Keynes 75th minute)
Theres a difference between coming back fro a goal down than defending a lead. Bad defending is caused by bad decision which is affected by nerves and making tired decisions, that's bottling it, especially when it's only a one goal lead.

It would be really hard on Max to have the same goal not count twice.Technically over the two games we won on away goals! So there!

Agree 100% We should all take into account we kicked off with SIX changes from the team that started the Bristol Rovers match, we took the game to Brum, for a second time on their own muck heap and it should have been put to bed long before their late first equaliser. Not that fussed going out more pleased we have shown we can compete with championship opposition. We can now fully concentrate on the automatics much more important. Got to pick ourselves up and go again starting Saturday with Bolton and smash ‘em and I mean that with respect to them.I think the opposite; naturally they’ll be disappointed to lose, but they should take confidence from outperforming a Championship team. We also lost on penalties, which while shit, is a lot better than being outplayed/thrashed in open play.
Genuinely think they’ll be proud of themselves and there’s probably a side to all/some which wants to focus on wining a league title.
Or they take the positives that they outplayed a championship side and build confidence from that.
I know that he missed more than he scored, and that's all that really matters nowDid you see his performance tonight? If you did then you will know how well he played.
