I don't think there's much he can really do to change it for the better tbh. We have no game changers on the bench, especially when we're down to 10. Sadly, there's no one on the sidelines today who's better than those we have on the pitch.

agree, but see my earlier post about how poorly the teams from 16th down are performing.
We can stay up this year but we need to iron out the obvious issues we're currently struggling with.

Lots of people here calling for changes. I agree, but not straight away. You have to be careful about the messages you send to the rest of the team. Are you subconsciously telling them to accept defeat? Are you telling the ones remaining in the pitch they’re less important.

Not necessarily the case, but just pointing out that there are reasons to not make the changes straight away.
