It's all kicking off at Bloomfield Road, firstly there was a vocal protest against Karl Oyston, secondly tennis balls and golf balls were thrown onto the pitch, then a pitch intruder and now a coach and substitute have had an altercation.
Sounds like they care about the future of their club
It would be good to see that sort of protest at Sixfields against what is happening to our club, preferably for the Wolves game. But it won't happen, of course. The ones that go are clearly willing to accept whatever the club subject them to, without any protest or complaint. No wonder so many have simply lost interest when our games are played without any atmosphere or passion from the crowd.
Compared to?
Another pointless, tedious dig.

Hope Blackpool go down. Decent away day.

Lighten up Rob.
Did you notice that this sort of thing was suggested for Northampton games? Did I want them to happen?
The answer has to be yes and no. Yes because our plight would have been put under the spotlight even more. No because what it could cost our club. Do we want to risk a points deduction? But I would surely have expected more of a protest than has happened so far. Over the years we have been very vocal. Sack the manager. Chants about the board. But they were the good days although we didn't know it. We have become an average division 3 club playing 35 miles from Coventry yet no protests. Have we become soft? The only pressure on SISU is financial, and why should they be in a rush to bring us home when it isn't even their money they are wasting?
What specifically are the Blackpool fans protesting about?

They have the opposite problem to us. Their club is too well run. I know one of the Blackpool lads. The chairman don't offer big contracts to anyone. So they struggle to get players good enough for the division they are in. But they do have a secure financial future.
Simple solution, SISU for Osyton.
Doesn't solve our issue though does it? CCFC has not been a viable business since before Sisu arrived..

well, I would suggest that in the short term we would be playing at the Ricoh, paying £400k rent and getting income from gates of 11k + as opposed to 1.5K +

In an ideal financial world it does make more sense or better yet why do Sisu not purchase the two 50% shares of ACL and become the landlords? They could do that tomorrow if they decided "Right we will convert the debt (which is at £40,000,000? I think) and invest as much as we can into buying the Ricoh Arena, at which point next season we will offer fans 1/3 off season tickets and match tickets, while maintaining kids for a quid on certain fixtures to try and win back more supporters?

Most of us know that. The problem seems that they want everything as cheap as they can get it and don't mind wasting 20m to try and save 4m. The problem is that they have wasted a lot of money and got nothing cheaply so need to get everything even cheaper to make up for the money they have wasted.
Hopefully they will soon learn that it isn't as easy as it is with a private company in distress. But they still seem to want to batter everyone into submission.

Karl Oyston.....
Well run. Owen Oysten, you know the rapist of a 16 year old, I believe invested a lot of the premier money into his own pension fund there was newspaper articles at the time expressive massive concern about the club.
Astute incredibly wants seppella to make millions out the club for personal wealth. Incredible.
Karl is the son isn't he? Isn't Owen Oysten the owner and major shareholder?
You are more of an idiot than I gave you credit for.
