SISU cannot now claim that they subsequently transferred the assets back to H as they have maintained that the assets have ALWAYS been in H and, according to their solicitors , despite a diligent search by Fisher & Co., there is no evidence that the assets were ever transferred to CCFC in 1995. To now claim that the assets were subsequently transferred back to H would require them to admit that they have been lying all along. They would have to come up with documentary proof and, of course, they would have had to notify the FL at the time.

If these documents are genuine, it seems probable that Fisher & Co have been lying all along and have acted fraudulently.

Yeah, you're right. I guess I'm getting a bit confused with it all, they are a slippery bunch to follow! It seems outrageuos that they would deny a transfer ever happened if it did - I cannot quite believe it really. What does seem strange is that despite (seemingly) the conclusive proof, people are still arguing to the contrary that nothing has changed. SISU's legal people sent a letter that whilst being very strange to read says something along the lines that they are unaware a transfer ever happened. Why would that letter change the fact that evidence has been provided to the contrary?!

No I am not, but I am 175 miles away from the City working. If I could be there, then I most certainly would, what I would be trying to achieve? Simple getting the Football Club I have supported all my life back in the City of it's namesake and where it belongs.

I appreciate that other people are trying different things for our cause and never once said anything to the contrary, but maybe you should realise that before telling people to 'shut the fuck up' and have some respect.

Ok, I'm sorry, I jumped to conclusions a bit there. I was a bit angry at the time so I will just take that on the chin.

Latest new evidence

I cannot see Joy Sepalla losing any sleep following the release of the documents containing fresh evidence or Bob Ainsworth's performance in Parliament yesterday. However, I can see Paul Appleton having a "squeaky bum" time following this revalation of possible "errors" and "oversights" in his investigation. Why ? If this evidence is factual and has been overlooked or not found, it would imply that possible bidders for the CCFC were not fully aware of this important information when bids were invited and this possible "error" or "oversight" may have influenced their bids as Mr Appleton may have accepted Otium as the preferred bidder without knowledge of these "errors" which have only just come to light. However, I am at a loss to understand why Mr Appleton may have not been in possession of these documents following months of investigation at £300 per hour. I make no accusations of any wrongdoing, just voicing a concern that this fresh documentation has come to light.

There is much more in these documents to worry the Administrator/Liquidator and the Football League. Appleton had the opportunity to wrap up the complete package, e.g. the Football Club with a rental or sale agreement for playing at the Ricoh, and screwed it up. He will also be questioned as to best value for the creditors and his investigations must have been very light touch, or Arvo influenced given they appointed him. I hope BIS the Football League and the Insolvency Practitioners Association review with interest. Could it be Appleton was told not to worry about the football club, SISU will continue to fund as assets are in Holdings which these document clearly reject.

IMHO, appleton is/was nothing more than a stooge,
if the FL had the proverbials, they would act positively,
but with those involved i think it must be down to British Justice

Surely if Appleton had acted illegally it is more than the fa that should be investigating with criminal charges?
