Playing the way we are - 15,000 - 18,000 at the Ricoh
Playing the way we are 1,500 - 2,500 at Sixfields
Its not exactly visionary though is it mate, and timmy,s not a businessman he 's just a spokesman or PR man for sisu.
And you're a business man ? Don't make me, as a potential investor, laugh !

Good grief you argue against yourself in the same sentence... a brilliant skill- well done.
You haven't read it properly (under the terms & conditions we were playing under at the Ricoh, no chance of making money either short or long-term!). TO BREAK EVEN AT THE RICOH WE'd Require gates in excess of 23,000!!!!!!!!!!
But that was of course based on a rent of 1.2 millionYou haven't read it properly (under the terms & conditions we were playing under at the Ricoh, no chance of making money either short or long-term!). TO BREAK EVEN AT THE RICOH WE'd Require gates in excess of 23,000!!!!!!!!!!

You need to look at the bigger picture, the Sky Blues have no future whatsoever if either the club or the owners own our own stadium and have access to ALL revenue streams.

Would we be playing so well if we were playing at the Ricoh? The higher the crowds seem to get, the more arseholes that attend. Football is a confidence game, as we habe seen this season, confidence is hard to have when you're getting booed and jeered at every mistake.

an argument for football behind closed doors then Gregg- surely your not an advocate of that?
Not at all, Im just saying there is far less pressure on the players this season because we're not playing at the Ricoh.
SP has worked magic, but he will never be able to stop the prats that get on the players back at the drop of a hat.
Please explain in more detail
Going through both scenarios and how it will in the long term work out better for us/SISU to build our own stadium rather that rent

OK, lets just take VOR's top estimates of 18K at the Ricoh Vs 2.5K at Sixfields.
Lets say its £9 to get in, based on how much Tim has dropped the entry fee.
That's £160K Vs £22.5K
How much is a pie and pint? A fiver perhaps? Thats 27,900 they've got to shift before they make up the difference. Eleven pies and eleven pints for each paying customer.
Our fans will be the most obese alcoholics in the football league.
And before you say they will get more fans at HR2 I'll wait until Tim lays the first brick before I buy into that scenario.
