How much have they spent since they were alongside us last year?
Is it next year where if you finish bottom of the Prem you earn 100 million?
Their average attendance last year was 9 k
So you are SISU
Should we spend 30-40 million in a new stadium that IMO will saddle us with a debt level we can never recover from.
At the same time use the academy to pay for the club.
I would guess under this model at the new stadium crowds would be 7-12k
Or would you forget about the new stadium and spend the money like Bournemouth add 20-30 million debt onto the existing 30-40 million.
Do one season in the Prem don't invest in the team sell the lot after you have banked the 100 million for getting relegated.
I don't recall them being promoted just yet.

But thats the dream for owners and Fans alike. They have a route to compete with the best. Sport is competitive so if you don't want to be the best you can you have no place in the football league.
If you buy a lottery ticket do you purchase it with the intention of winning or just supporting it so you can buy one next week?
Think the OP sums up most premier league and league 1 business plans, finish as high as you can an earn as much as you can
But least there up challenging. I remember not long back going there on a Tuesday night and beating them. Now look at us and where we are and look at b'mouth. It's called ambition which sadly for sisu is a word they don't know
Thing is guys we have not spent as much as people think - we got a massive windfall from Adam Lallana sell on fee and of course the money we spent on buying Callum came from us selling Lewis Grabban for 3.5 Mill. Apart from that most of the team that feature are players we had whilst in League 1 and some even from League 2 like Brett Pitman who scored two last night.
Anyway only popped on to wish you luck with your new manager and hope that you guys get a decent crowd and get behind the team at the ricoh today. PUSB and UTC.
Portsmouth were similarly ambitious I recall.
SISU would never consider that as an idea. Now, if you can work an angle in where it involves employing lawyers in court cases you're golden.
What happens if they miss out on promotion this season? And next season? What if your still applying that strategy in 5 years time and you're still in the championship? Saying throw money at taking a punt is all well and good, but you can't guarantee that you'll achieve it. Looking at the championship table, it's so tight any of the top 7 can realistically win the league.
It's a high risk strategy and given we've been on the edge of insolvency for years, is not one we should be advocating for our club.

You should post this to every single club forum in league one and two.
Then every fan will tell every owner find every club will be in the premier league in a couple of years.

As were Southampton, Leicester and even man City when they were in our position.
we can all pick teams to try and back an argument.
