The 'rehydration' clause is ridiculous and dangerous. They should be banned in combat sports.

Agreed, I have a feeling Eubank might ignore the rehydration limits and pay the fine.
Or get weighed bollock naked to allow an extra pound or two of fluids.

If Benn was as confident of victory as he makes out, he wouldn't of insisted on a rehydration clause in the first place, and who takes responsibility if Eubank ends up permanently injured?

Don't put on more than 9lb after the weigh in or forfeit a percentage of your purse.
(Usually Eubank puts on 14lb between the weigh in and the fight.)

Imo it's a bit rich for a guy found guilty of performance enhancing drug use to insist his opponent has a rehydration clause.

Eubank Jr and Benn two of the most lovable characters in boxing. I can see this getting called off before it starts again. If they actually get in the ring I can't see Benn doing much other than scrapping. He's not a brilliant boxer in my opinion. Eubank Jr should win comfortably, especially with the natural size difference.
