Back when I used to record the "actiion":

Can I just say that I always thought Stead was a pretty decent player. Not the best out-and-out striker I've seen, but a tidy footballer good at bringing other players into the game.

I hope he has a stinker, obviously. :)

My gut feel is that we'll lose, in truth. I think their players are more likely to be fired up by the competition to stay in the squad - they must have a bit of confidence at the moment.

I'm probably wrong though - the bookies seem to have it about even.

Got us on an accumulator. Would be nice if we turn up tonight, especially after that race at Cheltenham today - fools game.

I heard Bradford maybe resting 7 tonight including Hanson and Morais

I find that hard to believe. Just 2 points outside the play-offs with 2 games in hand.

Bradford are not going to win the FA Cup and they know that. They could get promotion though. I think it would be madness for them to rest players tonight. From their point of view they must think they are in with an excellent chance of all 3 points tonight.

Resting 7 would surely be shooting themselves in the foot.

My thoughts as well. The person who told me said it was something to do with the Notts County match very quickly followed by the replay and they really fancy their trip to Wembley.

If I were them. I would do us then rest players for Notts County. If Wembley is that important.

Unless they are confident about doing us even with the changes.

Let's hope they don't rest up against County. Fancy County to drop.

3-1 to Bradford, and that's being kind!

Can see it being a 1-1 draw. Stead to give bradford the lead and a second half equaliser from Nouble who grabs his first goal in years.

It hurts to say it, but I see a 3-0 capitulation. Don't think we have the players for a fight. In fact, I genuinely think we're going down. Really hope I'm wrong, but we seem too mentally fragile right now, and unless something changes sharpish then I think we'll struggle to win again this season.

Oh f*** it. Hope springs eternal. 2-1 City then.

Williams, Darby, McArdle, Davies, Meredith, Morais, Liddle, Halliday, Clarke, Zoko, Hanson

Stead and Knott on the bench, so not full strength.

Samuel on the bench, with Reece-Cook, Webster, Finch, Proschitz, jackson, turgott

Bizarre selection choice.

Yeah is rather odd, would have gone with an all pace front three of Odelusi, Samuel and Turgott. Trust in Mogga though.

Bit strange, either he's spotted something in training that he thinks we can capitalise on or Samuel has a bit of a knock. I suppose the other thing could be if he thinks Samuel isn't up for 90 mins he might think he'll have a bigger impact as a sub later in the game.

Depends what he has been working on in training. This is where we laymen have to defer to the experience of TM. Difficult though isn't it?

perhaps they are already knackered and need a rest?

Or thinks Nouble might be stronger defending set pieces at 6' 3"?

Perhaps Nouble is there because of Bradford's physical presence, and Tudgay is there because of experience. Only explanation I can think of bar an injury / knock of some sort.

Presume Proswich gets the nod in the bench incase we have to put a big lump up front? Sorry, I mean incase we have to lump it up front :D

Slightly surprised we've taken out our main goal threat, but suppose he is still young and if we are going to play it long Tudgay has been better of late at heading the ball on.

Going for a 1-1 draw
