And can the right honorable gentleman guarantee they won't forget the recycling next winter as well? The people DEMAND ANSWERS

I am happy to go halves with you for a banner to join in any CCFC protests with a banner about bins. It is more likely to get it more attention!

I said open letters can get things going. Their position is clear in the public now. It's very much like someone on here has been working with them...

Have you?

They look as if they have taken a couple of points like the ALDI one and run with it.

Would have been nice for the Trust to send one to each side like this calling them out on their points a while back and get things moving.

Very interestingly Nick Eastwood said that he was ‘very keen’ for the club to eventually become joint partners in the business. Big hint that he would enter into a deal for joint ownership with a different owner.

One he has already lined up...

I'd imagine SISU would be all over that too.

It was obvious a while ago. Does Hoffman's daughter need to sign for Wasps again?

Deal. Add a cat in there for the cultural reference, this thing could really pick up some traction.

They're obviously been reading here.

Hi Tim and Dave.

Very aggressive statement and really puts the council on the spot. It's the sort of tone they should be taking when things are this urgent.

Shame our 'fans representatives' couldn't do the same.

Can I also suggest the banner goes up on the 12th minute of the game as that is the month of Christmas so will raise the plight further.

Is this slip up SISU have waited for? Seems like the condition is there

I’m torn on this. That statement leave a huge loophole of “commercial terms” which could mean anything.

The mistake CCC made was making a promise that can’t actually be made. They can’t tie Wasps to any old deal Sisu think up and so it will always be the subjective opinion of whether it’s a “commercial” deal.

Nice to see the other side doing a bit of conspiracy for once though. Even if I can’t help but feel this won’t help speed up a resolution.

They can as they’ve made it clear that it needs to be a condition of sale. It could be assumed wasps accepted this.

I’m pro the statement - but anything left of the bridge has well and truly been burnt now

Sorry what “it” are we talking about? The part that says CCFC should stay providing a commercial deal is reached?

Not sure how that goes against Wasps current stance. They just have to argue the legals prevent a commercial relationship or some shit and we’re back into he said she said territory.

You would think they can just produce the terms of sale if it came to it anyway?

But then doesn’t this bring us back into the sale? When I say slip up - is this what SISU need in their case against the council?

Yep I agree and I have lots of time for our elcected representatives and even now if they came out and said we shouldn’t have said it as Sisu hold all the cards I would accept it.

Well not really, the club does what it’s told by those above. It has no power to influence what SISU do.

This is key surely.

(Assuming one exists) If Sisu get offered the same deal that's already lined up with Hoffman etc then maybe that's the shake hands point.

Yes agreed he dropped a big hint here. He referred to Wasps being a 'sports club'. I can see an AFC Coventry playing at the Ricoh with Wasps taking an ownership stake. And frankly, as a supporter of CCFC of 40 years, half of those as a season ticket holder, it's the best way forward.

Or that London Wasps actually need us at the staidum, I bet they’re gutted we’ve had a relatively successful couple of seasons.
The only thing that Robbins can do to help our situation is to get us promoted through the playoffs again! Can you imagine the shit that would cause?

The London rugby team would be devastated, even now we’re a far bigger club compared to them.

Am I missing something?

You want Wasps to help kill off the club, a new club to be started that isn't CCFC that they have an interest in and you think it's the best way?

Fuck off.

You want our club to fold and be owned by a company that permanently moved its own team 90 miles away?

Who needs enemies when we have ‘fans’ like ours
