How on earth is this being served up after £40 million+ invested?

If we are still playing like this after ten games MR needs to be questioned. CM or not we are playing like we are sedated all over the park. Not good enough.

We have no one in midfield like Hamer to spray passes across the pitch and switch play from one flank to the next. We are so slow and predictable. Easy to set up against and defend.

Palmers been dross since he's been on. 1 good pass and then meh.

a not-so hidden agenda here? Palmer has been very good and has been playing things simple but also has found a few passes in behind, I think he may have slightly over hit one pass but fuck me you’re either watching with your eyes closed or there’s something else going on….

I genuinely fear how players such as Wright and van Ewijk feel when they are such good players and yet see absolute dross like Binks, Latibeaudiere and Eccles let the team down time and time again. If I were those I’d be talking to my agent trying to get a move, otherwise it’s going to be very frustrating for them.

We aren’t going up if we keep playing those three carthorses

What's our actual game plan?

this is it exactly

I have no clue what the plan is

no need for panic & talk of relegation, but Robins absolutely must let it sink in that we cannot set out every away game to contain & be patient etc- it ain’t working and it’s not going to work.

All that happens is that we fall behind and then try to change everything completely by making a load of changes in the last half hour

I think our plan of give it to the wingers to run at them has somewhat failed by now, given every time we do it they have two or three players over there.

We don't look like we have many other ideas, though.

No one's talking about relegation but there are now real expectations from the owner and fans to get promoted.

I feel like robins sets up as a patient possession based team. We’re always too slow in the build up.

we need to be more direct - not long ball but quicker and more vertical.

I find we’re a better side when we’re playing on the counter

Problem is we don't have one other than just bring on more attacking players and hope we get a moment but without any particular plan to get them the ball in dangerous areas. Our glaring issues are at the back, but in this game it's been a massive highlight on how bad our middle of the park is, no control, poor passing and weak.
