My team

4-1-3-2

Marosi
Pask
Mcfadz
Ostigard
Mccallum
Kelly / Eccles
Hamer
O'Hare
Shipley
Gykores
Walker

Might sound weird keeping Shipley in but we need players to work with full backs and he's the only left sided midfielder I can think of.

I think he's playing Hamer right wing back. Tbf, I would play him there too, he played there the majority of time in Holland I believe.

I would indeed and your right about Holland. Also gets Kelly in and da Costa out

Did Shipley touch the ball against QPR?

I never see the point in these things but I’d go 4 3 3

hamer. Kelly o hare

godden gyorkes walker

Finally, proof if ever it was needed that Grendel knows absolutely nothing about football.

Give me change or give me death:

Marosi
Hamer - Osti - McFadz - Pask - McCallum
Eccles - Kelly - O'Hare
Walker - Gyokeres
Like that team. Not too fussed whether it's James or Eccles, nor whether Hyam instead of Pask, but think Hamer could definitely do a job on our right.

Against Brentford probably our best and perhaps most unexpected performance this season with a number of our better players missing, we didn’t piss about at the back, we played a lot of early long balls to our front players by-passing midfield which pushed high picking up the lose ball, it worked a treat Brentford had no answer to it, we haven’t done it since ?? Just don’t understand why not.

Agree with that - but on reflection, that approach was enhanced by Brentford's insistence on playing tikky takka around their penalty area on a suspect pitch. I'm hoping that one or two of our opponents adopt the same approach against us, but doubt it. Of the remaining games, the most likely are Bournemouth and possibly Huddersfield (both away). Think we need a 2 up top regardless. Also think we need 3 wins to give ourselves a chance. Win on Monday and that looks more achievable, as I'm already saving my pocket money to bribe the Millwall players on the last day.

I would go for something similar, notwithstanding that Gyokeres has been terrible so far. However he looked better on Friday. We can't keep lining up in such a negative formation as we have done.

I'd probably give James one last chance instead of Kelly and Hyam in place of McFadzean but agree with this formation.

People really picking Shipley? I want some of what you're having!

For what it's worth, given that we don't have a lot of quality, we need to battle. Something we haven't really done all season.

Gyökeres plays up top, maybe with Godden. Kelly has to play if he can. I would also go with a flat back four of Pask, McFadzean, Østigård, McCallum.

O'Hare also comes back in and I would keep Hamer too. Maroši stays in goal. Pick a player off the bench at random to make the 11 depending on formation. I would sack that back 5 shite off though. It doesn't really seem to work at all.

Why the hell are people picking Shipley... we are struggling to get anything out of games with 11 on the pitch without handicapping ourselves to 10! Also why the hate for Walker. If he gets good service he knows where the net is.

I am predicting 4-1.

No, I am not mad bear with me. I think it may well be one of those games where everything we hit, flies in.

Hamer has gone close many times this season. I have a feeling he will score and ones that have hitting the bar, will this time go in.

These Easter games can conjure up some odd results. We will get a reaction from the players, I am certain of it and even though it might well prove to be just a one off, I think we may well win very well tomorrow.

Walker/Godden, Hamer and Ostigard to bag the goals.

10 points in their last 4 away games for Bristol City, 9 goals scored, 3 conceded.
Yes and what were Brentford's stats when they came here to us? They lost 2-1 at QPR in the immediate game before they played us, but the two away games before that they won 3-1 and 4-1.

One up front is okay as long as there is support. Pointless isolating someone up there all on their own.

Eccles in to make the 11.
