Poor 2nd half. Burton deserved winners.

Deserved on that second half performance.

Team needs to be braver, we’ve got pace and quality going forward and when we use it we batter teams. When we sit back 10 men behind the ball we don’t defend well enough to soak up pressure.

Well that was poor. We never raised our game and got considerably worse when Doyle went off. Bakayoko and Ogogo are really not anywhere near this team. Jones must start next game, his quality is missed. he is not going to effect games in the last 15 minutes. Disappointing. Kelly should have come on and Chaplin should have stayed on. Really not sure what MR's was thinking with those sub decisions. But an opportunity lost on a day others have had indifferent results around us.

Very poor, but this was typical Robins football. Always sending the team out to be solid at the back and hope we can nick a goal or two. Burton did something we simply can't and just passed the ball around us for the entire 2nd half and it was a bit embarrassing to watch. Doyle, Chaplin and Grimmer all poor.

Problems seem to be at the back. Too many gifted goals. Never been that keen on Burge, although he has improved he doesn't dominate and give confidence to the guys in front.

But apparently to some on here, Robins makes good substitutions.

Not good enough. We are too defensive and don’t seem to be able to respond when pinned back. Must get back to short sharp passes and quick attacks.

Second half was poor. We struggle to get back in games when we are put under sustained pressure.

The whole team drops deep and we don't have anyone who can get hold of the ball and keep it to relieve the pressure. All we get is an occasional quick break.

Six unbeaten in the league is still a decent run. Get back to winning ways on Friday and start another run before everyone starts demanding Robins is sacked.

3 winnable games coming up. A good time top play Peterborough I think. They have won only 4 of their last 10, a good run under normal circumstances but not up to their early performance. Then fleetwood and Walsall, both winnable IMO.

Recently Willis has not looked assured as normal. I like the combination of Hyam and Davies. Sterling's return can't happen soon enough as he provides a big outlet going forward. JCH is not at this level for me in any consistent fashion but Bakayako looks lost. Chaplin will be lucky to score few without support and balls played to him. Our midfield is just not keeping or regaining possesion. Kelly needs to be in there with Doyle. Jones must start which means Hiwula on the bench.
The talk of having good competition in every position is not really accurate. In January we must find a No9 who can support Chaplin and is effective.

Both strikers look lost because they were up front on their own for most of it. Both times they worked the channels they had no support with them at all.

The issue is that Chaplin wants to hold the ball up and lay it off rather than make runs in behind. That is what JCH is meant to be doing.

Kelly isn't fit enough which is why he hasn't played.

Spot on said months ago we needed a proper number 9 to play with Chaplin Pompey said it he needs to play with someone he’s too small to be so isolated.Davis & Hyam I feel is our best pairing although I do like Willis.

Nick, Kelly is fit enough...he's on the bench. Ogogo is atrociously off the level required.
Chaplin is making runs through and caught offside but he's not getting the knock on from JCH.
We are too reliant on Thomas who fades and Jones and Sterling would make all the difference coming forward down the channels.
