Would make a huge difference having 15k it us there every week. A (relatively) massive crowd would really send a message to the players as well. How?I think someone already said similar, but one thing that will make a difference is if all the protesters, boycotters, conscientious objectors etc actually get their arses there to support them. I don’t fancy the idea of Sunderland and Portsmouth turning it into a home game for them.
Cheer up5th place and go out in playoff semi finals, sorry.
Ah yeah, this ‘CCFC’ guy is the armchair football genius that was telling all & sundry that McFazdean is nothing but a liability: “He's a dreadful player. I'd bin him off in January and sign another centre back”, and if memory serves he’s another of the “Godden is shite” brigade as well. You are entitled to whatever opinion you have, just makes me laugh that you are seemingly always negative
But did you factor in the fact that the manger is ‘overrated’ and has a “piece of piss” job?2nd
Despite our players being...
Shit
Utter garbage
Liabilities
Non footballers
Only liked because they do selfies
Only playing because they’re in the shop window
Having crap haircuts
Wages mate but yes that could of been the difference in running away with it.Leon Clark was available in January.

Two games short this seasonLast season we picked up 65 points at an average of 1.41 per game. So far this year we're picking up 1.78 per game.
To finish 2nd last year you would have needed 89 points (Barnsley got 91 but still would have gone up with two fewer), that works out at 1.93ppg. If we take it that this will be the same this year (although I expect it will be lower) then the total points needed over a 44 game season would be 85.
If we were to revert back to last season's average from here then we'd finish with 72 points which is way short and would even have resulted in us missing out on playoffs. Maintain the form that we've had over the course of this season and we're looking at 78 which is bringing us much closer to the required total while still falling short.
However, if you take this date last year and calculate the games played afterwards we start to average 1.53ppg an improvement of 0.12 over the season average and a much bigger upturn of 0.18 of the 1.35ppg from the season so far. During that period we played 6 of the top 7 away from home.
This season if we can maintain the same upturn as last in what is widely regarded as a weaker division and with our more difficult games at home then we will finish the season with 1.96ppg or 86 points.
Lads, it's on.

Five points from top and played two games less than three above us and three games less than one.
Who says this is a weaker division ? Or is it because we are challenging ?
Weaker, stronger - difficult to say. Personally I think it is stronger due to the larger number of decent (but not outstanding) teams in the top half. Any of the top 6 could conceivably be champions, and any of them could conceivably miss out on playoffs. Any team from 11th upwards (Burton) will think they still have a realistic chance of playoffs if they put a run together. That's what makes it unusual this season.Probably means weaker in the sense that there isn’t really a breakaway and as a result the points totals are lower.
