Why Sisu haven't put us into administration before?

This one has played out pretty much into their own hands hasn't it with the regain of control?

Why not do this before?

But aren't they now in a better position than they were?

Especially if they now get the deal they always sought on the Ricoh.

Not really. The original rent agreement still exists, they haven't explained how they get around that yet.

The original rent agreement is no longer valid as it is between ACL and a company that has gone into administration, contract is null and void.

So SISU wont pay rent, they put the club into administration, stating no assets in a dormant property company, they then fund the administration and legals, before buying the dormant company with no assets or staff or players on or off the pitch, then spend several million buying it back, to ground share for up to four years with no supporters or income, although likely to be much longer. Its all about never giving up and winning, whatever the cost, I just hope these people can sleep at night

This is their arena, they know how to make money out of a failing business. That's why City will never achieve under them. They know how to manipulate the situation to their advantage. Unfortunately they are prepared to muddy waters and take risks in court and other investors aren't. The Football League could have nailed their colours to the mast...but why when they have no balls!

They want to stay because they are making money even if our club isn't.

Its null and void for only the period in administration. The contract still exists, it doesn't just go away because Tim Fisher says so.
