I've listened to others and occasionally posted my own opinions but I am now pretty sure
that there is currently NO WAY OUT of this total mess of stranglehold mismanagement that stretches back more years than I care to remember. If any of you Sisu sympathisers out there can give ANY POSITIVES from their regime - past or going forward - to any of us REALISTS then please let it be known here. For me and most HONEST people it has been a downward trend of lies and disappointments with the occasional lifting of spirits with a PR spin of false promises. With the legal knowledge and power of our owners and with their TOTAL lack of heart for our football club and it's great history I honestly fear the worst consequence for our survival. If you still support or believe in the current managements plan for progression then you must be either deluded, on their pay roll, or giving them some sort of favours!!!!
Could you please provide me with a list of SISU sympathisers and a few examples of pro SISU posts? I have never seen one on here, apart perhaps from the insane ramblings of RFC. Seriously, it would be good to know who these people are, I hear them mentioned all the time but never see them myself.
It will probably be as long as the list of council sympathisers. Maybe 1 more, if we take RFC seriously.

Which ever party people empathise with is irrelevant, each party is now as culpable as the next. All city fans must put their differences a side a find a common medium to unite behind soon else their will be no club to support.

The worst thing thats stands out to me is.they said "sisu can fund any losses for the foreseable future without sellling any players".so how is it if thats the case there has been nontransfer budget since clarke wilson exits seems as though sisu can fund the losses without a problem?
Of course it's US and THEM that's what the post is all about isn't it. There's too much in-fighting and not enough partisan one way feeling of support. Posts about the Council, posts about Wasps and at a time when we should all be of the same mind. I really don't know what we can do about it as I feel it's just gone too far but thats my opinion. I'm saying that with this company in charge I think we are finished as a football club and shame on anybody that still thinks that there is any credence in the spin of any number of new targeted sites or Lego stadiums on the Moon. I'm totally frustrated like the majority of fans. What I'm underlining is that we are on the brink of going BANG.Indeed, but that's where the well-worn cliches don't really help. The OP starts off with an 'us and them' among fans. It should be 'us and us'. Hell, we even need RFC on board after all this ends, to buy a season ticket.
Still haven't seen a post / thread saying how proud people are of SISU like we have seen with the council?
Council sympathisers? That's you isn't it Tony? Have you been drinking?
Talk about spin and bollocks....... you must have invented it. You're just the sort I posted about.SISU Sympathisers v realists?
Now personally I'd suggest realists are those who to many would fall into a 'SISU sympathiser' cliche,

SISU Sympathisers v realists?
Now personally I'd suggest realists are those who to many would fall into a 'SISU sympathiser' cliche, as to just bang a drum against one party ensures what's broke will never be fixed in entirity.
Personally I think we should all be of the same mind in campaigning to ensure Wasps is a failure, to thus strengthen the position of clubs with a geographic affinity to place...
How am I a council sympathiser?
Seeing it all in action first hand yesterday would suggest to me that the 'Wasps' in Coventry is not going to be a flash in the pan.
Seeing it all in action first hand
yesterday would suggest to me that the 'Wasps' in Coventry is not going to be a flash in the pan. The City was undoubtedly benefitting from the incoming fans, the pubs and restaurants were packed, no doubt taxi's, hotels and other business' were having a field day. The rugby supporting ethos, meant that the atmosphere was happy, amicable and plenty of Wonga was being spent, everything Ms Lucas would have wanted. Cov rugby had their best crowd of the season too and us Cov lads mixed with guys from London in Black and yellow and Leinsters blue. I don't agree with the franchise but it's hard to knock the positive impacts on the City.

Personally I couldn't care less about Wasps but if the master plan is to rise up on outside parties failure we really are fucked.
Jesus wept:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:Nothing happens in isolation.
That's the fatal mistake made time and time again. SISU didn't rock up and take over us by chance, it was because of events outside of that particular event.
Ditto now, not giving a fuck about Wasps can be as destructive long-term in my view as not giving a fuck about lower league clubs when the prem was formed, not giving a fuck about WImbledon moving to MK, not giving a fuck about Chester going to the wall after being owned by mentalist owners...
Are you not pleased that SISU (the club) were put to the sword by the righteous council and will never own the Ricoh?
How lovely. If it wasnt for the fact that you egg chasing, chinless bastards are stomping all over our future (with the help of CCC) that would be fine and dandy. But you are, and it ain't! I hope Wasps get what they deserve.
Woah fella, I'm Cov rugby.................6 matches at City and 10 down the Cov this term. Please stick to the facts !
SISU played at least an equal part if not more in putting the club to the sword. Every corner that they willingly turned has brought nothing but disaster for the club. The big difference being SISU are still here and driving us down disaster highway to oblivionvile.
Ownership of the Ricoh was never going to happen under SISU because they've never had a plan that was going to achieve it.
Well you go ahead and celebrate because that is the single most decisive factor in ensuring we will not be rid of them any time soon. Happy?
Absolutely Stupot.
Cov City
Cov Rugby
Cov Bees
Cov Blaze.
I've put my money and time into all the Cov sides at some time or another. Mainly Cov City with 20 ST's from 1992. I'm as horrified as any other by the council decision. My comments re yesterday just honestly describe the scenes around a few of the pubs in town last night.
