Much better return against slightly worse teams.

Nothing at all to suggest Lampard is useless as some are suggesting
Slightly worse teams 🤣🤣🤣 we've played 5 of the 8 against teams in the bottom 4. Lampard couldn't have had an easier run in.

And I thought Robins should go.

I don't think Lampard is useless I'm not seeing any improvement in the way we play.

I'm not, if you actually read what I've said. I don't know what your problem is. I think the squad is fine, you think they're crap. What's the problem with that? It's a difference of opinion.

Ok so you think we’ve got a good squad.

You think Lampard is to blame for poor results now, but Robins isn’t to blame for results earlier in the season

If you can’t see your inconsistency there then I give up

But they had a very good spell last season, which is why this all doesn't add up to me.

This isn't a slight drop off, they've gone to absolute dogshit.
Maybe Brighton is right that they lack on pitch leadership to galvanise them?

I think there is something in that. They are mentally weak and need a leader to follow

You have people making things up about the game to push an agenda.

"Leave us all to see who has the best robins eulogy after every game.

If we win we could make out Mark would have had us win by more. If we draw we could make out we should have lost and were lucky. "

If you don't want to get called out when you post the same cringeworthy stuff then that's on you.

i try and talk sense and have already several times given lampard his due in games where i felt we set up well or did well , you can go and look if you like

you are genuinely creating stories and issues in your own head , carry on

Why do you keep doing this to create an argument? I do think Robins is to blame for results, I've literally said it multiple times now. You are the one who said poor results are due to our crap players.

its not slightly worse teams , the 4 worst teams in the league included

You and I both know that this division is fine margins.

In terms of ability there is very little between most clubs. You will get an extreme at both ends but generally anyone can beat anyone

It's true, he's definitely had an easier run and it will be telling in 4 weeks after a slightly tougher one.

He's been without our Haji though which doesn't help.

I think Lampard has a lot of work to do but I don't think Robins would have got any better results with the current side.

So frustrating to watch the lack of urgency and quality yet again, particularly in the second half with the man advantage. Can't make simple passes and just give the ball away so easily.

Midfield so weak and passive, defence slow and panicked. Thought Simms did okay with what he was given, but once all the subs had been made the lack of service and impetus from midfield to attack ensured the game petered out with a whimper. So many wasted balls lumped out of play.

It really feels like a trial watching us at the moment. That first half was dreadful viewing.

If we lose it makes it easier because we just say "Elite tactician" and get some easy likes"

Nick: hey stop making things up

Also Nick: here are some things I have made up

There is only one person stinking up these post matches threads and it’s you. You literally just post the exact same thing over and over and over again. The lack of self awareness is truly astounding. We get it, you started 15 threads earlier in the season saying Robins Out so now you have defend the decision at all costs but give it a rest, Jesus Christ. Obviously people are going to compare the new manager to the old one, especially when the old manager was controversially sacked and is a club legend.

i agree its hard without haji and now mason , but we should be able to go games and win against relegation threatened 10 men without haji

All I’m going to say is let’s see by the end of January how many points we’ve got and which way performances are going.

By the 8th of Feb we have

norwich
Bristol
Blackburn
Watford
Swansea
Leeds

if we manage to get 9 points out of that 18 I’ll be thoroughly impressed

It was strange with the Sakamoto injury.
No one put ice on it, or wrapped it, he was just left after the game to hobble about.
Surely it needed some attention and resting.

Fair enough. I thought you were arguing that Robins wasn’t to blame. I apologise.

I do disagree though on the players. Lampard or Robins are not the problem

Have a look at what I'm replying to. 🤣🤣 I'm pointing out people who need to let it go that he's gone. Read what I quote, it's not just people moaning.

I've literally been calling lampard out for decisions he's made, I've been slating king and the embarrassing love in and his song since he came in.

Compare away. Let's not try to rewrite history to try and pretend Derby, Swansea or Sheffield weds at home was better than a 0-0 with Millwall at home like people have.

However if you point out that people need to move on, that gets missed 🤣

Do you point it out when people bring up COH or Hamer?

Didn’t watch the game so full apologies and everyone is allowed their opinion so could be talking out my ass

Sounds like Dovin did well which is good for us. Also sounds like Simms did decent.

Negatives sound to be a lack of urgency in pass, struggling to create meaningful chances and a mess up from the defence for there goal.

Won’t point fingers to the players as most are young lads and trying to be better with it. But at some point enough is enough some from of them. If we struggled due to tactics fine, injuries hurting us (which they are) fine but work rate is a non negotiable here.

Need to better but unbeaten in three (don’t get me wrong we shouldn’t have lost but how often have we said that this year). One space higher up the table (as silly as it sounds at least we came away with something). Need to see Lampard make a stamp in the squad via the window now and try to rebuild the culture which appears to have left in the summer.

We’ve turned into a dull boring team to watch, wouldn’t mind if we were winning but it’s painful when your grinding out draws against 10 men or struggling to create chances at home against milwall, tnink we can just write off this season,we’re not going up or down, just means yet another “ rebuild ” summer 😂

The point I’m making there is the fixture list was very kind to us at the start of the season

No. I'm not replying to people just saying we are bad though am I?

I'm saying the same thing.
