All 'normal business practice'......why do the words 'asset' and 'stripping' keep coming to mind?

And some people want to sell them the Ricoh!

how much more evidence will the SISU supporters require before they understand that SISU are screwing us, regardless of whatever name they call themselves?

No, we just don't see them as solely to blame for the mess we're in.

There are no 'sisu supporters'

I think what people are getting at when they call certain posters on here Sisu supporters is the fact that the same group of posters are like Usain Bolt out if the blocks to jump all over ACL/CCC but very rarely actually seen to criticize Sisu, who lets be brutally honest are the biggest protagonists in this whole sorry saga. If the same group were actually a little more honest with themselves and gave Sisu the shit they deserve then I am sure there would be far less mud slinging on this site and a little more unity. Unity, imagine where that would get us........

So unity means everybody just agree with you?

Can we all just agree, that whatever your allegiance is, the non publishing of these accounts is a bad thing.
The less information available, the more guesswork has to be done, and more arguements and slanging matches will take place.

seems to me that these accounts may actually hide something the liquidator may find very damaging to SISU regarding transactions between SISU companies only my opinion mind

agree, what i find strange is that some still don't think they should assume the worse because of their blind hatred of ACL. there is nothing wrong in being angry with ACL and hating them, they deserve it. but not to the point that it blinds you to the bigger evil that is sh1tsu and their many guises. it's time people woke up and realised who enemy No.1 is and that is the company who is the biggest threat to our clubs future, sh1tsu.

2 questions.

1) if sh1tsu do liquidate holdings we will get a further points deduction?

2) what angle can the ACL/CCC/Higgs haters use to blame them if we do get another deduction?

You sound more absurd by the day. Whose liquidating holdings?

OSB will be able to settle this but my belief is that if they want to just stop trading holdings and transfer the assets to scrotium they have to file the accounts, if they want to stop trading holdings and not post any accounts they will have to liquidate holdings and the assets will be lost forever.

which leads to the question if they have stripped it of assets by moving them to scrotium and now liquidate holdings is that fraud? wasn't holdings where all the contracts and golden share were supposed to be according to sh1tsu? definitely not ltd anyway.

Do you not agree with what I said ? Bearing in mind what I said was there are a few posters on here who do jump straight on ACL/CCC in a negative way, I said that SISU (or the puppets working for them) were the main protagonists. Saying main would infer that some blame should be apportioned elsewhere such as ACL/CCC, which I don't disagree with. The comment about people being honest with themselves is not me digging people out because I fully understand the need for a balanced debate. What I don't get is why people feel the need to constantly to have a go at ACL/CCC when as far as I am concerned at this moment in time, they are nothing to do with us, yes they charged us too much for the rent but that's history now, do we bring up every bad thing that has happened to us in the past which has contributed to our current plight such as the fact that the little c**t Craig Bellamy couldn't hit a barn door from 3 yards and if he would of took a third of the chances he missed we would have stayed in the premier league, do we blame Liverpool lads for us not playing in Europe and thus not playing on a bigger stage with the prospect of more tv money and the ability to attract further investment or do we go even further back and blame CCFC for telling Kevin Keegan he was too small and wouldn't make a footballer. No is the answer to all the above and I am sure there are more big disasters concerning us to go into. The fact is, unfortunately Sisu are our owners, but it is only constant pressure on them that will only bring all of this to an end. It is very unlikely they will get the freehold on the Ricoh, therefore they need to accept a fair rent deal (150k per annum if that is correct) with access to revenue streams which we all know that is what we need as we would only pay rent to an Arvo related company. Then all parties can re-ignite the prospect of Sisu buying the Higgs share which gives them a foot in the door and then we can see what happens from there. Because I am sure you will agree with me that Coventry City

Nice to see Lord Hawe Hawe is alive and well and has moved from Berlin to PWKH's back garden.

Remember you must have the same opinion as the five or so on here who do the same comebacks time after time if your personal opinion differs.

The gentleman, ignore these juvenile comebacks and stick to your beliefs. Remember we must all agree with them and must not differ with them on any subject whatsoever.

But you do solely (or at least 90%+) post only in defence of Sisu, it may be for balance, but you can't complain if people think you are biased.
