The margin on cheap clothing is phenomenal. Especially when not sold as cheap clothing. With the increased Sky deal, best ever attendance figures and other commercial activity, this must be really helping the balance sheet ( although clearly not as much as premium player sale)

My favourite shirt story is the Clapton away kit (commemorating the international brigade in the Spanish civil war). Sold shit loads in Spain selling over 20k shirts for a Non-league club.
