Similar, I've had quite a few orders over the years, including the obligatory Christmas presents this year and can only remember one hitch (home socks in wrong size for my lad this year), which was resolved promptly.I find this really interesting, must have placed 20 or so orders over the past few years (don’t live in Cov), never had any issues.
