Fair play to them, ticket desk is full of people and not sure if systems have been updated but hardly taking any time at all to serve people.

To be fair, it's easier to park and get to, saves parking, then walking, then paying for parking

It's just needs to be located in town

Didn't you used to be able to buy them from a couple of places in town (Transport Museum and tourist information I think)? Has that been scrapped. If they're not going to have a shop they should at least have somewhere for people to buy tickets.

I agree.

But what if you live in Whoberley, Canley or even Willenhall and don't own a car. When was the last time you caught a bus or buses across town?

Surely you could order online? They should have places to collect in town, but you can also buy from the ricoh on match days.

You could say the same when it was just at the Ricoh.

Just been to ricoh, took about 15 seconds to get served.

Longest bit was the security guard interrogating everybody coming in

What was the interrogation? Pro SISU, Pro CCC or a Ched Evans Survey?

I purchased a 6 game voucher package a couple of weeks ago and was reliably informed that you could use voucher at turnstyle in exchange for match ticket. I did this for the Crawley game. Operator looked a little puzzled but still allowed me admission, but no ticket in exchange.
