Given that the Blues let us use their stadium and Robins stated that they’d been “class” about the whole thing, I think we owe them a bit of respect and gratitude.

I’ve just been reading about this Bassani guy - I’d heard of him in passing but didn’t know the detail.

It all makes totally crazy reading and the Blues should stay well away. Why any club owners even entertain negotiations with him is beyond me. 15 minutes on Google and Companies House tells you all you need to know, yet Club owners seem to waste time and money (lawyers, accountants etc.) and diminish their own credibility and fan goodwill by doing so.

Watford - he left under a cloud and was deemed to be liable for £4m after putting in £400k to buy the club. Made bankrupt and banned from football. After that, Bolton, Portsmouth, Charlton, Oldham all went down a road with him only for it to be pointless. Now the Blues owners? Why?
