Seems like the ideal player we usually miss out on, to be honest.

Leeds invested in by RedBull and they are expected to invest in them significantly moving forward

Good timing for them, with the impending deadlines approaching for those outstanding transfer fees.

I hadn't seen this mentioned but Sheff Utd are losing Cameron Archer.

They bought him from Villa for £18 but then Villa had an obligation to buy back for £14m if they got relegated. Never heard of a transfer like that before.
That's a weird one. I thought they had an option not an obligation.
Sheffield Utd sound totally fucked to me and I'm amazed people think they'll be up there.

Not a King out post on my part, just frustrated that time and time again we see big and/or relegated clubs in financial trouble getting bailed out by big money investment just at the right time. Was looking forward to seeing Leeds potentially struggle and being forced to sell most of their players.

Leeds investment shouldn't make any differance, the 190 million (79 by the end of june) they owe in transfers was never a issue. They are mainly owned by the 49ers that 1 years salary cap in the NFL. Leeds problem is paying the debts and complying in FFP, they will comply but will have to sell players before they spend. The red bull investment will be more beneficial if and when they get back into the premier league.

Another one pops up ....

Annoying how we’ve massive on Twitter, looking through the profile this is about the only story with replies and we’re often engaging far more than other similar sized clubs on there, and that means it’s an incentive for these accounts to make stuff up involving us.

Didn't even bother to read any replies on this one.

Must admit I got a bit excited at the prospect of Leeds repeating their financial implosion of the early 2000s too.

These clubs just seem to get everything handed on a platter.
