Luton’s problem has been not taking their chances while giving away a soft goal each week. Pretty much what our problem was for a big wedge of this season

Every manager needs good staff around him .. it was always a silly argument to suggest he couldn't manage without adi

The main issue for me was slways the slow start to the season and on this occasion he didn't have the coaching staff to turn it round and I had no confidence that he would.. it's all irrelevant now anyway.

I think our coaching staff is better now yes , id like to see how frank does in his first full season here as mark did great things here so frank has a good way to go to match that
