I bought tickets for the Walsall away game on line last month. I checked my credit card bill yesterday and saw that two lots of payment were taken for one set of tickets. I phoned the ticket office and explained what had happened and a very nice lady there sorted it out and refunded me. She did explain that their site crashed a couple of times whilst these were on sale so this was probably why I was charged twice. So if you bought your tickets on line check your credit card bill just in case.

Hi squeeam, yes this happened to me also, it threw up an error during the payment part and I had to start over. Noticed they had indeed taken two payments, but didn't get round to sorting it out, awkward to call them office hours.
