Coventry City have confirmed that the DVD of the Final
is about to enter production. Release date to be confirmed.
All a bit late in the day, final was in April!
A lost opportunity in my view. (Will probably still buy it though)

Probably a good time to be honest. Alot of the hype from the final has died down. People that were well into aren't so much anymore, then just before a new season release the DVD and get people interested again.

I don't really get streaming or downloading. I like to have a hard copy otherwise I haven't really got it have I? You have to back everything up. What happens when the you change computer or phone or contracts or they start charging more for storage in the cloud or wherever. If you download music what do you play it on. I want hifi quality and things like Spotify charge if you don't want adverts. When I retire in a few years I will be selecting and printing out all my favourite photos. I have a wall full of books, CDs and DVDs and only use ireaders on holiday.

I will be getting the cup final DVD.

Right you are Grandpa ;)

I'll get the streamable version so I can view it on my iWatch while I'm on the move #downwiththekids

BluRay is dying. It's like minidisc where no-one actually bothers.

I still have and use a MiniDisc player. Got a few portable players too. I thought it was a great format.

Is it available on VHS, for use in my top loader video recorder?

I've ripped that and copied it onto 400 floppy discs and made a cave etching, I'm set in case the apocalypse happens. Future and past proof.

5 1\4" inch floppy disc I hope?

While we were away we did Dunns River Falls. They videographer tried to flogg us a DVD and it took until the point of handing over the cash before we realised that we've got nothing to play it in! I can't remember the last time I used a DVD, Bluray or CD (for music or computing). Am I alone?

I'm the same I like actually owning it. I did have about 1000 dvds but got rid of them apart from my favourites. Streaming still feels like renting

i only buy blu rays of films i know i will watch over and over. these tend to be the super hero films mostly as its habit to rewatch them before the next one comes out now they are all linked. however even that i have stopped doing in last couple of years so much.

if its on amazon or netflix and you know you can watch it whenever there is simply no urgency to buy the hard copy

you can talk about cloud price going up but at same time dvd/blu ray price would drop! so once again no urgent need to buy dvds

I used to have about 500 vhs videos. Gave them all to charity apart from the ccfc ones, fa cup, end of season review, 5-1 v Liverpool etc.
