Who knows he could be another Sturridge.
Terrible news I would say.
Wilson wouldn't get a look in at Chelsea and would be cast to the reserves.
For him to play in the Premiership he would need to go to one of the smaller clubs, such as a Stoke or West Brom or Swansea. Chelsea would be a very bad move for his career I would say.

Chelsea have a better youth striker already in Bamford. Highly doubt this is true anyway.
Yet Wilson has scored more goals at both levels?
You an your side kick still think Jackson is better than Wilson?

Firstly Bamford has made 18 league starts for Middlesbrough not 13 as you have incorrectly stated, secondly this season Wilsons goals to minutes is better than Bamford, thirdly it isn't Wilsons fault that Bamford isn't good enough to command a regular a starting place.Bamford is technically a better player than Wilson from what I've seen of each player.
Also for your stats, Bamford left MK Dons in January with 14 goals in 23 games. Basic maths shows that if he kept that up, he would have 28 goals compared to Wilson's 22. He has also not played as much for Middlesborough.
Now for your championship stats, Bamford, has made 13 starts and 5 sub appearances and has scored 9 goals. Wilson has made 30 starts and scored 15. So, lets apply basic maths again by just doubling the starts of Bamford to get him close to Wilson's number of appearances and that leaves him on 26 starts 18 goals.
Great stats mate.

21 > 14
15 > 9
Basic maths mate.
13 starts and 5 sub appearances.
By your other statements it's clear that having taken apart your argument of he's scored more goals, you have no other arguments as to why Wilson is better than Bamford other than your clear bias as he once played for cov.

No mate 23 appearances 18 starts an 5 subs appearances
Nice try at statistics thoughointlaugh:
Not gonna argue with me getting dodgy stats but that still leaves him with more goals than wilson if you use the data.
'Manipulate the data'
Or as some do, just make it up.
It leaves them on the same number of goals even. Thought Wilson had 14 not 15.
I stand by my statement that Bamford is a technically better player and will go further in the game than Wilson. Doesn't help with Bamford playing on the wing sometimes as well but there you go.
I am horrified that 2 of you have different views.
Please continue to argue till someone admits they are wrong.

He'd be better playing a season in the prem with Bournemouth and then if (or most likely when) they got relegated, he'd have prem experience for other clubs to have seen what he can do on the big stage to snap him up.
Chelsea would be a waste of his career! Only youngsters who seem to get a look in there are multi million pound foreigners.
He should look at it like the lad who signed for Leicester in the window. He says he turned down Chelsea in favour of them (might be bull but he said it) because he knew his chances of getting into their team were very slim and he wants to play games.
He will be an instant millionaire, even a multi-millionaire at 21. Tell me you would turn that down. If it should happen playing with the likes of Fabregas, Hazard, De Costa and co would make him better, he will still have his pace and the goals are no smaller so why do you think he would fail when the likes of Kane at Tottenham succeed. Wilson has proved he can do it at the top end of the championship so why not the Premiership.
