Isn't that what they wanted all the time, its just they didn't want to pay anything for it.Sounds very much to me, reading between the lines, that the club would prefer to remain at the Ricoh ? To me that's the sensible option anyway if terms can be agreed.
Council should have given it to CCFC with a covenant that the owners were custodians and not the owners of the ground, and that all profits had to go to the football team.
