According to OSB's post on here, still showing as outstanding and although he is not an 'insider', I tend to believe his version over Clouting's until proved otherwise. I still expect to be reading in a couple of weeks that there was a "small detail that the league were not happy with and that it's being rectified asap". More bull to keep the masses at bay imo

but not for Co house to indicate on the summary page they have them. Plus a lot of accounts are filed on line direct to company house

As Brody might say, it could just be a 'mis-communication', like the non-existant meeting with the council to discuss buying the Ricoh.
