I'd probably be the same... but then it's impossible to imagine a time when England win the World Cup, so I honestly couldn't say what my reaction would be!

I just think a world cup win would be so huge, so immense. The whole country in unision. The feel good factor involved. The happiness it would bring to an entire nation.
I dare say we'd get a national holiday out of it too.
Don't think any of us actually envisage just how fantastical it would actually be, because it is just fantasy. Think if we got to a final of the world cup I dare say all the people who say 'club' would be thinking differently.

National holiday now that sounds good I might change my mind if I thought that was on offer.
A World Cup win would be catastrophic for the Country as we don't have the Infastructure to cope with another Baby boom .
When will they ever Build the necessary houses to deal with the Chrisis Instead of allowing Infaltion Bubbles and Gazumping And punishing all with Interest rate hikes ?
Sorry for going off on one ,It started off as a rediculous rebuttle to your great enthusiasm for what would be a huge Party ,yet now It really Irks me ,rant over .:facepalm:
