She hasn't been sacked then? Just suspended?

Shambles as usual
According to the media reports she was suspended while the trial was in progress and now a verdict has been delivered the clubs disciplinary process will kick in and she will be sacked.
Pollard was suspended from her role after the incident at Coventry's match against Middlesbrough last March, and is currently the subject of an internal HR investigation.
Following Pollard’s conviction, Mr Anderson said she had been suspended by Championship side Coventry and would now lose her employment.

Good fekkin riddance. I know innocent until proven but I'd have naturally assumed she'd been suspended and not around the place whilst it was ongoing.

There was another recent one doing the rounds with a vile specimen in Leamington too. She was verbally abusing a doorman in the town.

And people question why we still take the knee!

The usual disciplinary HR proceedings now start. IHow quickly the Club can sack her depends on how quickly they can get her in for the obligatory meetings and does her Union or representation challenge or appeal it.

She’s been convicted of it so her sacking is as concrete-guaranteed as O’Hare missing a one on one.

Missus who used to be a ball girl says it is that blonde one who you usually see knocking about. She knows her as Nicky from Radford so that seems a pretty likely match.

Obviously not great but seems the club have handed it in the appropriate way.

That was Paul Cook I think but he's now left. Someone did tell me who his replacement was but he's now left but I was told it was someone with no experience in football.

His replacement is someone more than suitable to the role and they are quite well known to our fan base. I’m confident it’s a positive step.

Seems that the person I was referring to who replaced Cook didn't last long and left in January, no idea who replaced him.

Hopefully whoever it is can turn things around because as we see from thread after thread being posted on here about how the event day is badly mismanaged they've certainly got their work cut out.
