Do you ensure everyone gets back on the bus before leaving a service station?

We try to ensure everyone gets back on the coach but if someone is silly enough to wander over to the other side to get a Burger on a 10 min toilet strop then we have to make choice. In that case I made the decision not Gary.
Anyway from what I was told this individual got on another City coach to get home.
