Terrible misses if you ask me. First one completely unmarked in the 6 yard box and the second just the keeper to beat.

Both should have been goals.

Half time money spinner game thingy (kick ball at car thing) done by Cov ladies player today in aid of charity. First two well wide. Third one, bang on! Back of the ......truck.

Sure she messed up the first two on purpose so the club didnt have to donate the money! She made the third one look so easy!

Only thig we've hit on target today! And it was by a girl!! ;)

Teams just hitting us on the counter attack again and again, the problem is these players have not been in winning teams before where they get used to playing like this. For example United players get this done to them week in week out but know how to be patient and take your chances.

Ok Lads who aren't there. I know the scoreline doesn't sound to good but we are passing the ball around very very well. We look calm on the ball and Pressley has looked to have stamped his mark on the team. The most annoying thing though for me is the contast calls by the fans around us to boot the ball up the field, Pressley wants to pass the ball so that's what we'll do!

You have to take gilt edged chances like that.

I agree Otis. Cody done all the hard work for his chance that hit the post. Should have buried it.

As for Martin, thats why hes a CB! Terrible terrible effort!

Thanks for some rational words from someone actually at the game. Too many armchair fans (I have an excuse living in Canada) whining about everything. Were getting close to what we should be. If it's not to be this year (Remember it's still a long shot even with a win tonight) then let's look forward.

Defenders are a yard slower and goalkeepers are slower to react. The difference I believe in the two leagues.


That's why Cody looks good bit doesn't quite cut it in this league but league 2 he smashes it.
