Really looking forward to it - big match for the team - traffic was a bit shit on Saturday due to something going on in the mosque but Tuesday should be quiet

Great that if you live in Cov-lots unfortunately don’t though.

Don’t you? If you don’t it could be quicker

177 mile round trip for me. I'm not saying you're a shit fan if you stay at home in Cov and don't bother when you don't have a legitimate excuse. I would never say that.

I live about 4 miles from St. Andrews and I’m not going. Despite having a season ticket and looking forward to this more than any other game for some time. Things you do for your kids hey? (Got a school event that would likely end in divorce if I don’t attend. Tempting admittedly). I am slightly gutted but hoping to catch what I can via iFollow, therefore meaning I’ll have paid twice not to go.

I’m going (been to every home game). Few mates travelling over too who are regulars. Several others who can’t be arsed or who would rather watch in the pub.

Sadly the cost of train and ticket isn't viable tonight. Thankfully my Mum's birthday is 23rd Feb so I'll be down that way, imagine the look on her face if I said I've got a party lined up and she unwrapped 2 tickets to the Rotherham match

I know the feeling Slippy. Always said to son (who is season ticket holder like me) that school comes first. We have had a few ‘arguments’ over the years re school events. We live in Leicester (so not too far) but once he in from school today we will be setting off for brum. Son (aged 17) was looking forward and dreading if we got through cup to play Leicester...not just the banter at school but he had been chosen to represent school on a trip to auschwitz. The flight is around midnight so would have meant not staying for extra time/penalties. He was saying he would tell school he couldn’t go to Poland. Me and wife adamant he (and I) would miss part of game.
Anyway I’m sure your missus and kids will be grateful for your sacrifice.

£2.50 return on the train an absolute bargain, just hope it turns up.

I can understand your son’s feelings, as mentioned live in brum so the last round was particularly painful for my son (who is also a season ticket holder). We were just talking about bragging rights when that cross went in. Ha.

It’s just one of those things that I can’t really sneak away from (new school next year, evening event there). I have just reminded my wife of the sacrifice I’m making.;)

Well done...remind her a few more times as evening progresses. Hope your lad enjoys tonight and he gets positive vibes for his new school. Before you know it his school days will be over.

Seems like yesterday he was born. It’s a school he loves so all good (and worth it).

It may change things and make it harder not too.

Be good if it goes down to Wimbledon as at least only SA fans are likely to get a ticket

Take it you won’t be going then? Just too set your mind at rest I’ll get a ticket for Wimbledon no problem just as I have with all other away games with limited capacity.:emoji_thumbsup: Shame you’ll miss out.
