Oh that’s a different bloke to the one I saw.
I’m trying to remember his name and can’t find him on Google…really bad.
Brennan Reece was Lycett’s support when we saw him, might’ve been him?

Went last night to see Henning and he was streets ahead of Lycett a good mix of the old and the new and didn’t feel like he was trying to sell the benefits of homosexuality.

Plus I got a free pen winner all round

Ah yeah…glad you enjoyed it! When we first saw him we thought he was brilliant but this show weren’t so impressed.
The one we saw this year was disappointing for us because the first half was some of his old stuff, which we’d heard quite a few times before.
The second half I think he called an ‘objective’ view of the pandemic or something…didbt feel very ‘objective’, and most importantly didn’t think was very funny.
AND WE DIDNT GET A FREE PEN! (We might’ve I’ll check).

Edit: we did get a free pen.

Went to see Clinton Baptiste at the Albany theatre last night , pretty good . He had to ask 2 people to leave halfway through the first part .

Saw Jon Richardson at the Warwick arts centre last night , was pretty good night, had me giggling most of the way through

Basically 2 audience members said it was boring so he came out of character and asked them to leave . Pretty much the same as Phoenix nights

tickets aren't going to be easy to get. assume he'll add loads more shows.

tempted to try and get tickets, especially seeing as there's some tickets for £35.

It will be difficult to get anything to n this batch but I will try.

London is conspicuous by its absence on his tour list so I imagine he'll have a run of dates at the o2 or something like that still to come

Im off to see Jason Manford at the Warwick Arts Centre tomorrow.

Booked it in the middle of lockdown and me and the Missus had completely forgotten about it until our mates who are also booked asked us if we were going for something to eat first!!

Not actually sure what to expect from him so going with an open mind!
