After the lengthy interviews given by MR the last couple of weeks, and looking tired or not in one of them or under the weather in one of them, I fear there is pressure building on him however you look at it this is a world away from how it's been for the majority of his time with us, mention of players wanting away hard to imagine from the reverence shown to them, guesses of who it is, Could be Haji , could be Simms probably Sheaf in all likelihood or not, performances come together then fade out,Adi shoved out change massive actually,a telling time, Paul Williams was on the phone in the other night, had met Ady recently but didn't enlarge on things, club's gone too corporate to suit us and MR now , it's coming I think, but some weeks he sounds so relaxed it's hard to imagine,as with the other theory about DK's motivation of why he's purchased us we either are or are not attempting to get to the big league. Oh forgot he looks like a Poundland Ten haag currently!

One place I worked are line manager went on holiday. Without him there we got so far ahead we had to stop working as there was no room left to store stuff waiting to go out to site.

We had a more senior manager come down and give us a bollocking. He didn't care that normally it was complete chaos as our line manager wasn't on top of things and forgot to schedule jobs so we were often working in a panic to get something done in a rush.

I was planning to leave so didn't give a shit and asked him if he really preferred us looking busy, rushing around doing poor quality work at the last minute to being so far ahead we'd got no more work to do. He turned round and said he wanted us to look busy!

There's a very weird obsession with trying to push your staff to breaking point rather than be happy that the required work is being done.

Britain is full of people in positions of management that haven't got a clue about the real world, and would never behave outside of the workplace the same way as the do to other people in the job. They feel important and don't have a lot going on outside of work, so choose to make other people's lives a misery whilst taking the credit for the good work they do instead. Very little interest in making the workplace a nice, positive, and successful environment, unless of course they can do it for the point on my previous sentence.
