Concept Kits (2 Viewers)

So now we actually know what this season's kit looks like, I thought I'd go back and do some more Photoshop experimentation around the underlying concept: of remixing the 92-94 kit design. The pattern itself is incredibly difficult to accurately reproduce, so I've attempted to make something that's thematically along the same lines rather than looking to get 1:1 parity on the pattern, whilst incorporating it into a newer template. And this is what I've got:



I have some other creations that came up in the process so I'll share them in this thread. Would love to see other peoples creative skills being shown off too!

Here's an earlier version of the pattern, where the brush stroke lines and the 'pixel grid' underneath are both at a 45° angle. I like it, but it felt pretty different to our original design.

I came up with this one messing around with filters. Looks interesting but I'm sure it'd be pretty divisive!

If I'm honest I prefer all of them over the new one. Still can't get past that transition from solid colour to the pattern.

Very nice. Second last one has a hint of the new Argentina shirt. Thought the last was wood grain at first

Good idea for a thread also I think ur concepts r rlly nice and look like they could have actually been this seasons kit if the one we have was not our kit (if that makes sense)

Thought the concept kits were better than what we have this season. Also feel last year's kits were the best we've had in a while. Not sure if this year's kit will grow on me.
