I managed to get 2 tickets earlier this morning but haven't received confirmation email. What I have done is taken a photo of the reference number screen and will turn up with that and my ID.

Screengrab the confirmation and check they're in your purchase history and you're golden. The confirmation email seems to have the successful hit rate of a drunk Freddie Eastwood.
