Just done a quick average and it's 63.00 in, 62.47 out

Also if you do a quick direct comparison FIFA would suggest we've made slight upgrades in most cases, especially first team wise:
+2 First GK (Marosi-Burge)
+1 Second GK (Wilson-O'Brien)
+3 First RB (Dabo-Sterling)
+3 First CB (McFadzean-Willis)
-8 Third CB (Rose-Davies)
+6 Fourth CB (Pask-Ford) - some would argue this should be second RB against Grimmer (-7 in that case)
+2 First CM (Allen-Bayliss)
-4 First W (Jobello-Thomas)
+1 First ACM (Kastaneer-Enobakhare)
+1 First ST (Godden-Chaplin)

Turnover in football squads is something I find hard to understand. Looking at the starting XI for the Notts County play-off second leg, 7 of the lineup have now left. That was just one season ago. Are we typical of other clubs at this level or is this a particularly high turnover?

I don't think it is real life scouts is it?

From my recollection (might be wrong) FM recruits a fan (maybe even a few) from each club who is meant to give a balanced opinion of the players? For big clubs i think they do use real scouts etc. But for teams like Coventry it is based on fans being asked to provide match reports etc.

That’s how FIFA do it too in fairness but a very different ratings system & different guidelines etc.
I would anticipate lots of change for FIFA 20 ratings.
