Yeah, I'm really not keen on him, but that full press conference has left me feeling decent now that he's here. the question to frank “ has Doug put any targets in place “ was answered with “ I don’t believe Crazy targets, just take one game at a time, kinda pissed on Doug’s 3 play offs in 5 years and he was sat right next to him, they must have both talked about what’s realistic, let’s not set targets just see what happens,

Frank comes across well here, decent questions regarding how some fans aren't happy. Handled it well and stayed humble.

I'm parking my preconceptions over Frank and drawing a line under the disappointment of Robins dismissal. Time for a fresh start. I'll judge him on the results and performances. Good luck to him.

Lampard is very experienced at dealing with the media and handled it well, which should be expected of him. He talks straight and answers with clarity which again you would except with all his experience of dealing with them. The one thing he will not do is talk about in depth is budgets, transfers or targets set, he will be flippent, like he answered who from Chelsea J Felix..... .

His job is getting us promoted, he knows it and if he didn't think he had the backing or the foundation to do that he wouldn't of come. He explained why he is back in football when he doesn't need it, which was the most important answer of the interview for me. He said i want to work, i enjoy coaching i enjoy working with young players, but for 18 months i haven't had the right opportunity to get back. This club has given me the best opportunity and its one i felt was the right choice, as i have had other offers i didn't feel were right
