So when we beat Cardiff Saturday will it be
A. Big Fat Franks Sky Blue Army.
B. Frank Lampards Sky Blue Army.

Surely that’s worth a poll?

Hopefully we see a higher level of coaching now. No players pissing about and fuck the behind the scenes at Ryton bollocks off.

Do we really need to be seeing head tennis, Dasilva making coffee and Wilson gurning.

Agree. That City Unseen is dull as fuck.

“Brilliant content”. No, you’re just a nause.

For me, the slight glimmer of hope with appointing Lampard is that we would get Jody Morris as a coach. Awful human being but a great coach in this division. Lampard without Morris is frankly (no pun intended) scary. I was reasonably upbeat about the appointment but I never thought for a second it would be without Morris. Don't know much about the two coaches we have appointed, but they are going to have to be ridiculously good to make this a success.

I have hope this will end up being a good appointment. Appointed some solid staff with him. He is good at developing young players and has a good track record and has an eye for talent.

Let's hope he can get the defence working quickly. Hopefully Saturday is the start of a winning run

I hope as well that if we just get a hammering after a shit performance at home, if any of our players are stood pissing about with players from the other team, having a great laugh and doing weird handshake, Lampard gets his blue tracksuit dirty when he 2 foots them.

Not sure if perfectly aligned but ironically, Joe Edwards succeeded Ade Viveash at Chelsea
Yeah he is in effect Viveash MKII in terms of where he come from and what he achieved at Chelsea.

I think the whole Lampard appointment is almost lazy - it’s the almost obvious big name headlines choice to someone like king who admits he doesn’t know much about football - he’s got his wish in that respect.

however I will get behind him, the assistants he’s brought in are positive, FL has a lot to prove and you never know it might just work out…. It has to.

Think Chris jones is an underrated appointment, was fitness coach at Chelsea for a long time and will have very high standards

Hopefully no more videos of them pissing around
Sports scientists - they’re back, baby! They’re good again!

A lot of players speak positively of FL.

I'm hoping Edwards brings the tactical Nouse to compliment what are some very big positives of Lampards appointment too.

Top 10 is realistic.

Anything from 18th down is a failure given the supposed credentials of Lampard and the backing he’s got with his coaches
Yeah, I would expect at least top ten. Aside from Leeds though, I really haven't been that impressed by any other side. A lot of temperamental teams in and around the top half. That can only help us, if they can get us going.

Have to say, although I didn't want him to be the new man, it is quite exciting.

This could go down as one of the biggest clown moments in the clubs modern history. There's a lot of reasons why this could be the case, and I take no joy in making that statement.

That being said, I hope Lampard does well for us, and is in fact a positive change that was seen as needed to get us back to the PL when we look back on it in the future.

Let's hope it is the case. Best of luck with your CCFC journey, Frank.
He'll have a job being worse than Butcher and Howe that's for eternity. The worst thing about that was Butcher explaing why 'a team like Coventry' had to play his dreadful long ball game when we recently won the cup playing exciting, attacking football that we weren't good enough for with our players apparently! I remember calling on Oggy from just behind him in the East Terrace to throw the blooming ball out for once. He turned around and shrugged his shoulders before another long punt up to Ndlovu and Gallacher who weren't the tallest men in the League, let's say.

Unless I have missed it i can't see anywhere that we have actually let anyone go yet
Yeah, I was looking for that. Boateng is gone, surely? Maybe they will drip out info throughout the day.

Well Lampard is our new manager/coach they kept that quiet and surprised us all, so our mug chairman has been blindsided and given 'super Frank' another bash at fucking things up, I hope he does get us to the promised land and improves performances/results but I don't think it will give us the stability we need ...here to be proved wrong but slightly underwhelmed atm...time will tell PUSB
