Gutted about that alleged '11,000' crowd. Even tho it was deffo a couple of thou more. Affordability aside, and that is a genuine reason for some staying away today, shame on the many 'headline seeking' cheap ticket attendees who just couldn't be arsed. Still, there's always the FL condescending head pat for lower league clubs competition area section"final" awaiting us again. See you then, eh???

With how good the atmosphere was in the corner... imagine how better it would be if them 2000 sitting in the telegraph stand were sitting in the south stand.

Excellent atmosphere today from the singers, non stop for the 90 minutes :claping hands: regarding attendance I think it was well over the 11,000 stated by a distance, nearer 15,000 in my opinion !

What I really don't get is that people are referring to the fans who didn't attend today but attended Gillingham, as bandwagoners and the like.

Surely they are the fans that we/you want to attract to come every week and get the bug, not alienate even further and make them feel like they aren't welcome? Some people maybe just don't have the bug? Isn't it good that they made the special effort for the big game? Would you prefer it if they didn't go to that either and there were 11,000 fans at the Gillingham game?

I say this because I'm probably one of these fans you speak of. I probably go to 6 or 7 games a season but I follow every match every week, listen on the radio when I can. Work my arse off monday to friday and don't live in Coventry, so It's a right ball ache to come back for a game.

That make me less of a fan than others? Would it be better if I didn't come at all?

People talking about the amazing atmosphere in the corner. I was in there for Gillingham and it was rocking but yesterday due to congestion at the turnstiles we sat up the other end in block 24. Although we could hear the corner, the shear size of the Ricoh and the high roof meant it wasn't particularly loud in that far corner. Conversely on Friday we could see the arms up in the North stand but couldn't hear them that well either.
