We will only be granted permission to sell Ryton for development once we have somewhere else already built.

Sorry I was trying to post on here and speak to someone, resulting in poor grammar...and multitasking!
Yep, which is why this Ryton redevelopment thing is nothing to worry about.Surely that will mean SISU will have to cough up to build a new training ground first then?
Is Rose in talks?
When is Ryton being sold?
It's getting a bit extreme with the making things up game now.
Exactly, hence why it is nothing to worry about.Surely that will mean SISU will have to cough up to build a new training ground first then?
Said before the club should buy land next to the Uni sports department which is (or possibly already has by now) been improved and expanded and share facilities."The Club would like to reiterate that the current site cannot be developed until it has demonstrated to Rugby Council and Sport England that an adequate replacement has been provided for."

It’s been publicised by the club on their own bloody website that Ryton is up for sale/housing development.
NEWS: Sky Blues plans for new training ground heard by Inspector examining Rugby Local Plan
Now try and find a way to spin that that’s extremely made up
I don't really need to spin much. There's no planning granted at all just yet so I doubt it is up for sale. It's also on the condition of a new one being sorted first.
Thats why I asked when it was happening as you were talking like there's a for sale board out sign and people turning up for a wander about.
Is Rose in talks also?
Yes Nick, I also made a joke about a taxi rank being built outside Ryton to accommodate all of the posters that keep calling for a taxi for Robins...I think most people on here would of picked up that it was a tongue in cheek post, apart from yourself who strives for the Nth Degree in everything.
Who is this Mr panda person
When did Rose start his talks with us?
Nth Degree Nick
I'm just asking more about when he is going to agree or not agree terms as you seemed to be saying we have agreed a fee with Mansfield and it could break down due to him rejecting terms?
Sorry if you don't like questions when you say things
Who is this Mr panda person?
To most sane people, it would of been clear that I was joking.
Exactly, hence why it is nothing to worry about.

The whole post was tongue in cheek about supporters going into a meltdown and included Taxi Ranks being built, poor grammar and a football player of note. To most sane people, it would of been clear that I was joking.
Next time I will make it abundantly clear (just for your benefit) with <JOKE> at the beginning of the post and only refer to players that make it abundantly clear to you that it’s tongue in cheek like George Best but no doubt you’ll still be asking me for where my proof is he’s been resurrected!
This Chaplin post has morphed into a comedy post.
Not many mentions of Chaplin in last few pages.

You could of made it clear when you are joking and when you are trying to be clever and rant as there's a very fine line between the too.
Have course it could be worse they could of used the wrong word!Right, that's enough of the 'of' now. I'll get everyone's mum involved.

Glad to see this Chaplin post is back on track!Morph was brilliant m8. Until Chas came along and ruined everything. The little clay bastard.
No. It’s depends on Portmouth getting their new training ground first.
Yep, which is why this Ryton redevelopment thing is nothing to worry about.
