It is excessive and unnecessarySo someone I know(not in Coventry) has self isolated themselves because a member of staff at a school got corona virus and one of the students of that school(no corona virus diagnosis) may or may not have attended the same church as her daughter.

I am planning to see my 90 year old gran for a meal in a restaurant tomorrow. I'm not going to hug & kiss her when I greet but I don't know if she should be leaving her house anywhere. Yes she is elderly but other than that she is a fit as a fiddle!
Perhaps a visit round her house for a coffee would be better...
