According to Cov council

The arena cost around 118.7m to build

on top of this was around 20m decontamination costs paid by ccfc

total around 140m

60m was received from Tesco and for the hotel
10m as a grant
6m from isle of capri

So total net cost was around 64m of which the club put in around 20m (or around 30%)
Then straight away naming rights sold for 10m

so ccfc paid 20m out of a net 54m

Yet the club own nothing

did we just abandon our investment of the 20m, or is there an argument there for the council to look at the club on more favourable terms
