Personally, I have never, ever said I want him sacked. I have really rated him, but if he keeps making the same serious mistakes it is only right and propper to debate the issue.

He does not have the ability to talk with/encourage/motivate players who have slumped his history proves this. I'm not saying sack him, I'm saying get some asst coach in who has these motivational skills....and PRONTO
